Official Terms and Conditions

Sponsor

The Founders Giveaway (“Giveaway”) and Founding Member Promotion (“Promotion”) are sponsored by Untamed Radiance LLC, located in Minnesota (“Sponsor”).

Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Employees and affiliates of Untamed Radiance LLC are not eligible to participate.

  • Void where prohibited by law.

Entry Period

The Promotion runs from October 1, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. CST through December 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. CST (“Entry Period”).

How to Enter

  • Giveaway Entry: To enter the Giveaway, participants must purchase at least one (1) jar of Trailblazer’s Tallow Balm from untamedradiance.shop during the Entry Period. Each jar purchased = one (1) entry. Multiple jars purchased counts as multiple entries.

  • Founding Member: The first 100 customers to purchase any jar of Trailblazer’s Tallow Balm during the Entry Period will automatically be designated as Founding Members and receive 10% off every future order for life.

  • Opt-Out Option: Customers who purchase a jar but do not wish to be entered in the Giveaway must email info@untamedradiance.shop

Prizes

  • Giveaway Prize: One (1) winner will receive a Self-Care Bundle, valued at approximately $150 USD.

  • Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on January 2, 2026.

  • Winner will be notified via the email address used to place the order and announced on Untamed Radiance LLC’s official social media accounts.

  • If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited, and another winner may be selected.

General Conditions

  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final.

  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the Promotion.

  • Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Untamed Radiance LLC the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Untamed Radiance LLC and its affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation or acceptance of the prize.

Privacy

Information collected from participants will be used solely for the purposes of administering this Promotion and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.
