Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy

At Untamed Radiance LLC, your happiness matters to us. We believe in the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. That’s why we offer a full satisfaction guarantee with simple, stress-free returns.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please submit a claim by emailing us at info@untamedradiance.shop within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Once your return is approved, we’ll email you with instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

Skincare & Wellness Products

If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your product, even if it’s opened, as long as it’s less than half used.

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

To keep things fair, we allow one opened return per specific product per customer.

Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund for the full sale amount to your original payment method.

Apparel

If your item doesn’t fit, the color isn’t right, or you’re simply unhappy, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Apparel must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached).

Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must also be submitted within 30 days of delivery, so please contact us promptly if there’s an issue. We’ll work with our print partner to make it right.

Once received, we’ll refund the full sale amount. You’re welcome to reorder in a different size, color, or style at any time.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled any time before your order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
